We have had a week of our new Golden door in the classroom and lots of children have enjoyed having their own golden time at the end of each day. They seemed to love the competition we had on Monday in golden time- please ask your child what it was! We are hoping to win the transition award this week, if you aren't sure what this is please ask your child to explain this too.
Well done to those children who were in the reading raffle and those who managed to play on Times Tables Rock Stars at home this weekend ( Missy, Caleb, Jamaine, Frankie, Tydan, Ellie, Logan H and Rocco).

I have set up the new battle as it has been over a week since the boys beat the girls ( and we beat Year 5 and 6 in a battle too). So I have set up a new one between girls v boys. Come on girls- you can win this time! This starts today at 1pm and have until Wednesday 1pm to show everyone how many points you can win.
This week, we start our new music lesson. Instead of djembe drum we are moving on to steel pan drums. I am so excited for our first lesson on Tuesday morning. I will post some photos soon of the children playing our new instruments.
