Nursery F1 Update⭐

Wow what a busy week! We are now so good at our main T4W story that we have started making new stories using the same formats. We have had 'Dino Hunter Laura' in the 'jungle' and 'Doctor Dotty' in the 'hospital' rather than 'Farmer Mac' on the farm. The children had some great ideas on what changes we could use to make new funny stories up.
We have practised 'Farm Yard' Yoga as part of 'Mental Health Awareness' week.

We joined the whole School for 'The Macarena' dance Thursday morning outside which was chilly but great ha!!!

We have enjoyed watching some 'Number Blocks' songs and playing some games as part of 'Number' day on Friday as well.

⭐ Our Shining Stars this week in the morning class were Ollie and Zidan. Ollie has had a fabulous week showing he is very confident at recognising when groups of farm animals have the same total and when they have more or less in different fields/pens. He is also now enjoying to showcase his drawing skills, showing great imagination. Zidan has had a very energetic week enjoying to run around chasing his friends, avoiding obstacles, changing directions to catch them well done! Zidan's independent name writing and people drawing is also coming along beautifully, showing mature control.

⭐Our Shining Stars in the afternoon class this week were Jakub and Thomas. Jakub is so much more confident now to join his friends with actions for songs and also our story map. Jakub really enjoys spending a long time with various small world animals, showing care for them. Thomas has had a great week showing enjoyment to join his friends for group time singing about and saying 'hello' to everyone in our class. He is able to name all our new friends too. He has also been very creative this week enjoying to explore the coloured sand to make a picture, describing the colour tones in detail.

Thank you to all four Shining Stars children's parent or parents coming in for a 'Stay and Play' session this week,  providing valuable time to discuss what we do at School, absolutely fantastic!
Well done everyone, Mrs Edwardson πŸ‘©πŸ‘
