Year 3 - Art

This week we have been looking at the artist David Hockney.  The children enjoying making marks with charcoal. They made a sharp, fast, slow, lively, angry, soft and hard marks on the page. After that, they completed a self -portrait of themselves. The class tried to use details in their drawings and not rush. Work still needs to be done on drawing what they see not what they think it looks like.
