We have been reading the book 'That's not my bear' in Mini Models. The children are getting very good at retelling the story themselves.
We have been exploring lots of different textures during our play and also learning some news words as we describe different materials and objects including their size.
To help your child, you can use these words at home, 'squashy' 'soft' 'fluffy' 'scratchy' 'fuzzy' 'shiny' 'big' 'little' 'small'
Our shining stars this week were Lacey and Dougie. A big thank you to Laceys Auntie who joined us for our stay and play session.
Don't forget that Friday is our Make it day. You are invited to join your child during their session and make lots of Christmas crafts and keepsakes.
