Year 1 News

This week  we have been looking at instructions and have been busy today writing instructions for making jam sandwiches. The children have all worked really hard and have produced some good pieces of writing - so well done to every one! Next week we will be making fruit salad and writing the instructions.

Many children have been continuing to read and we had 9 children enter the Reading Raffle: Mathew, Mia-Louise, Miya, Oliwia, Livia, Riley G, Nathan, Layla and Keaton.

The children have tried hard with learning their spellings and we have had some good scores this week so one again thank you for your support.

Daisy was our class certificate winner. Well done Daisy!
