A HUGE well done to year 2 last week we achieved 100% attendance! Which means that we managed to move 3 points on the Attendance Balloon board - putting us in a great position for the term so far. Keep up the great work everyone, we want a film and popcorn afternoon :)
We deserve it!
Anya and Ava have been getting creative with dad this week to make a Chinese Dragon as part of their project from Lego. Also the girls have created great Chinese Dragon model puppets. They have used: cups for the dragons body, straws for the handles and added dragon detail by printing out, colouring and cutting dragon features (pictures to follow.)
As part of your child's/ children's homework this week I have allocated a game to consolidate their learning around 3D shapes and properties on Abacus Evolve. Well done to those children that engage well with the maths program, you will be rewarded with pride points for every game you have completed! If you need another copy of login in details to be able to access the account, please ask. This program is accessible on computers, laptops, tablets and most mobile phones which have the internet.
A big well done to: Sophie, Eliza, River and Ignacy for completing most activities and games to date.
