Today we were really lucky to have the opportunity to work with Michel from 'Rock Steady' again! This morning year 2 and 3 joined together to learn more about a selection of electronic instruments used in bands. Also some children were given the opportunity to try out some of the instruments and form a band of their own today in front of an audience.
Today your children should have received a letter explaining about an opportunity they have. If your child/ children are interested to get involved with 'Rock Steady' on a weekly basis (there is a charge for this opportunity) places must be booked online following the details on the letter. Unfortunately places and instrument preferences can not be sorted through school and MUST be booked online if your child/children have expressed interest.
As you can imagine, the children were all very keen to get involved and enjoyed this morning! Due to a limited number of places we urge you if your child is very keen, to organise this at your earliest opportunity.
