Lea Green Residential 2019
What an amazing 3 days we have had! Each and every one of the children were amazing and behaved exceptionally well during the 3 days at Lea Green. They pushed themselves to the limit with their activities, which included: high ropes, stream walking, cave climbing, night walking and much, much more!They were polite and well-mannered to all the adults and staff at Lea Green and were a credit to our school. Mrs Carney and I enjoyed every minute of being with you wonderful little people and can't wait to start our Year 6 journey with you all! Here's just a few pics from the trip.
Next week, I'll be sending out a letter inviting all the parents of the Lea Green children in to have a look at the photos we took of the them whilst we were there - they are amazing!
In the meantime children, don't forget the maths homework I set you to be in for Monday and also to do lots of reading to help you relax over the weekend. We even had some children taking books to Lea Green and some reading in rooms at night time! Also, remember to get on rockstars, spelling shed and mathletics as there are some great games on there for you to play too. Enjoy the weekend and I'll see you bright and early on Monday morning.
