Nursery Foundation Stage 1 update 😄

We have had a full packed week deep into learning through 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' as this is our main Traditional Tales story at the moment. The children have now gone to the end of the text map and therefore a personal copy will be sent home for the children to share at home. The children have had chance to help make and taste porridge. We have done a lot in our Maths learning this week around size and the children have been exploring parts of plants and the care needed.

Our Shining Stars this week have been Zidan and Ollie. Both boys have been so busy we have collected lots of evidence on their progress. Zidan is trying so hard with the formation of his name and he can state all the slogans of the letters we have done so far. He also drew an amazing picture of himself. Ollie has been like a mini 'Alan Titchmarsh' showing great enthusiasm for exploring the plants, naming the 'roots' and explaining how to care for them.  A big thank you to both Zidan's and Ollie's Mum who have been into School for a stay and play session this week.
