Year 3 - Five-60

Today the class met James. He is going to working with Year 3 everyday Tuesday afternoon for about 10 weeks. James started the session by explaining why the program is named five - 60. The focus of the sessions are that we need to look after our bodies by excising and eat healthy.

The children have been given a free bag, water bottle , t-shirt and pedometer. The bag and t-shirt will go home after the 10 week sessions. Your child should have come home with their water bottle and pedometer. I hope they are wearing their pedometer tomorrow. Ask your children what they know about five-60.
