Year 5 Weekly Update

Wow we can't believe that another week has just flown by! First of all thank you to all the parents that came to watch our assembly on Wednesday- it was nice to see so many of you! The children did very well and Mrs Bradbury and I are very proud of them. 

This week our certificate winner was Libby. Libby always tries her hardest in everything she does- what ever the challenge! Well done! 

We also want to say thank you to the parents that are listening to their children read every night, 14 children were entered into the reading raffle! Let's see if we can beat 14 next week!

The children's homework this week is linked around their times tables. Your child will be bringing home a small times table pack with some activities to help them. It would be really beneficial if you could help your child as they are practising their times tables. There is a game in the pack that you can play together or you can test them!
